If you contact FrameTurn, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you submit. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for a bicycle-care question.

The site stores course IDs in localStorage for Fallows, course quantities for Cart, and a cookie-consent preference. This information remains in your browser and is not a server account.
4. How information is used
We use submitted contact details to answer requests, maintain support quality, protect the service, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell contact information.
5. Service providers and security
Hosting and message-delivery providers may process information needed to operate the site. FrameTurn uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Retention and choices
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the request and business records. You can clear localStorage through browser settings and can ask us to review or delete a support message where legally available.
